Loved our double room with a fireplace. The staff were all very amiable and caring. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. Central location next to all shopping areas in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. It was in a very nice area.

The layout of the suite was perfect, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do.

The Wifi did not have a strong signal and we could not connect to it with our phones. And the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Quick check-in, parking onsite. Above average and nice hot breakfast, great food choice. Magnificent location in a great location with walking distance to several places to eat & stores, easy to get anywhere.

The hotel offers excellent and great breakfast with fresh fruit. The homemade waffles are the best. Central location close to hotels, bars, restaurants, and the airport. Restaurants and bars are conveniently located near the venue.

Room vas very spacious and comfortable. Great fridge.

Bed too small and walls were very thin.

The breakfasts were above average and nice, with the best homemade waffles and fresh fruit. The setting was convenient and ideal, close to Bradley airport and within walking distance to shopping areas.

My reservations were for two double beds. I booked through Booked.net Diissapointed to enter the room and find one double bed. The hotel credited me for another stay. There were no other rooms available. One of us slept on the couch.

The price for a double room with a fireplace and everything it had was much appreciated, plus all the staff here were very friendly and attentive.

I liked that the bedroom had doors to separate it from the kitchen and living room area, with tvs in each area. My husband and I were very comfortable and have already decided to stay there again when we go back to Simsbury.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, very warm welcoming staff and great facilities for kids (swimming pool, basket ball hoop) and very handy for everywhere. Overall I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

Some of the furniture was a little tired. The kitchen had no plates, cutlery etc. The air conditioning unit outside the room was very loud. Breakfast was basic - a bit of a disappointment.

Wonderful and fairly clean place with attentive and respectful staff with that level of customer service. Magnificent and nice location, restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Appreciated very convenient area.

I'm glad that getting Disability Access room with a fireplace and the bedroom, for instance was not a problem. Would stay here again when I'm in Windsor Locks.

The hotel needs a remodel. The bathroom was old and there were cracks in the tile and the door was broken.
